What is Green Refrigeration & Airconditioning ?

Any Refrigeration or Airconditioning system that takes into acount it's effect on the environment. There are many types available on the market but those using non man made synthetic refrigerants are the best, usually using HC hydrocarbom R290 & R600 refrigerants, or systems powered by alternative source other than electricity. Some types are -

Domestic and commercial airconditioning systems that use HC refrigerants, that also produce hot water.
Chilled water airconditioning systems.
Glycol secondary cooling systems for shops, kitchens, process works, cool & freezer rooms, that have remote Glycol chillers.
Absoption high capacity chillers using natural gas and waste heat as their power source.
Tri generation, usually a natural gas powered engine type that produces chilled water, hot water and power.
